Post Grant Proceedings

We have decades of experience successfully representing clients of all sizes at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Collectively, our team has participated in more than two hundred post-grant proceedings, including inter partes review (IPR) and post grant review (PGR).

Litigation

Our team has extensive experience with high-stakes litigation in district courts across the United States, from pre-suit diligence through trial and appeal. We specialize in patent infringement litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical matters including litigation under the Biologics Price Competition Act (BPCIA) and Hatch-Waxman Act. We are also highly experienced in patent inventorship and contract disputes and drug product liability litigation.
